KELTROL CG-F

KELTROL CG-F is a fine particle size xanthan gum product designed specifically for use in applications where rapid hydration is required. KELTROL CG-F has pseudoplastic rheology profile which means it is shear thinning and shows relatively little viscosity change over a wide temperature range. It is stable over a wide pH range and is compatible with high concentrations of salts and surfactants. KELTROL CG-F is stable to high-shear processes and hydrates faster than standard 80-mesh grades when well dispersed. KELTROL CG-F enhances the stability of emulsions, suspensions and foams. It controls flow during and after application and provides a light, silky skin-feel. KELTROL CG-F thins during processing, then quickly recovers its viscosity and performs well in dry mixes where rapid hydration with minimal mixing is required.
