NUOSEPT 497G

NUOSEPT 497G is a VOC-free glycolic solution based on 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one (BIT). It provides excellent long-term protection as an industrial preservative for aqueous compositions such as emulsions, slurries and lattices. NUOSEPT 497G is stable in highly alkaline products and at high temperatures, making it suitable for applications requiring these conditions. As a formaldehyde-free preservative, it is ideal for products where zero-VOC and formaldehyde-free claims are required. NUOSEPT 497G has been shown to effectively preserve various water-based solutions against bacteria and fungi at extremely low use levels of 0.03-0.25%, delivering cost-effective and sustainable protection.
