PROTECTOSIL 100 SK is a high performance solvent-free ethoxy-functional oligomeric siloxane providing an excellent beading effect on mineral substrates, as well as outstanding water repellency. PROTECTOSIL 100 SK can be used for impregnation of facades, barriers to prevent rising damp (DPC application) and waterproofing of porous mineral building materials. It reacts with the interfaces in pores and capillaries of the mineral surface and forms invisible, water-repellent interfacial compounds. PROTECTOSIL 100 SK provides benefits like prevention of water ingress and water soluble pollutants, reduction of heat conductivity and improved thermal insulation for advanced material applications.
