DESMODUR WP 260

DESMODUR WP 260 is a dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (HMDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer that is based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). It is used in the formulation of two-component elastomer and binder systems. DESMODUR WP 260 prepolymer can be made optically clear, light-stable, and weather-resistant. They can range from rigid to flexible depending on the coreactant used. This allows for durable coatings with excellent surface definition and adhesion. DESMODUR WP 260 has a low viscosity allowing for easy production of complex parts and coatings. Its weatherability and clarity also make it suitable for demanding exterior applications.
