MONDUR MR-5

Mondur MR-5 is a low to medium functionality polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (pMDI) containing a relatively high level of pure (monomeric) MDI. Mondur MR-5 has a relatively high reactivity together with an extended gel time due to the high monomer content making it especially useful for microcellular and solid specialty elastomers. Its high reactivity and gel time properties make Mondur MR-5 suitable for applications requiring fast curing without compromising physical properties. Mondur MR-5 also has utility in applications requiring durable bonding and sealing characteristics.
