SYLVARES TP 2019

SYLVARES TP 2019 is a thermoplastic terpene phenolic resin designed for tackifying hot melt adhesives to provide superior adhesion and thermal-stability properties. This resin has a high terpene level, which exhibits excellent tackifying, flexibility, and compatibility properties for use in advanced material applications. SYLVARES TP 2019 offers thermally stable assembly and broad compatibility making it suitable for advanced material sealants and caulks. It is soluble in aromatic/aliphatic solvents like hexane & toluene, esters and ketones like ethylacetate and acetone, longer chain alcohols like propanol, pentanol, butanol. SYLVARES TP 2019 is compatible with many polyolefins, styrenic block copolymers, EVA, some acrylics. It is delivered as flakes in 50 lb. paper bags. To preserve product quality, storage and transit dry and below 30°C / 86°F is recommended.
