TEGOMER E-SI 2330

TEGOMER E-SI 2330 is an epoxy-functional polydimethylsiloxane active matter with 100% content. It has an approximate epoxy equivalent weight of 1200 g and molecular weight of 2400 g/mol. TEGOMER E-SI 2330 provides hydrophobization and flexibilization properties. These benefits allow for improved water resistance and flexibility in applications. TEGOMER E-SI 2330 can be used for limited miscibility with aromatic hydrocarbons. It has a shelf life of at least 24 months when stored in original packaging between 10 to 40°C. However, contact with tin may shorten storage stability. TEGOMER E-SI 2330 is suitable for applications requiring water resistance and flexibility.
