NUTRALYS ®

By: Roquette
NUTRALYS® is the world’s most popular line of plant protein ingredients (pea, rice, fava, wheat, organic, kosher and halal, etc.). And it’s created by Roquette, a world leader in plant-based foods since 1933. From starch to polyols, Roquette has built its reputation as a plant-based innovator. Roquette began development on pea protein ingredients in 2004, more than a decade before the market’s current explosion began.
