Amisoft LS-11(F) is an anionic surfactant produced from glutamic acid and a fatty acid, available in flake form. It has excellent cleansing and foaming properties, and at the same time helps keep the skin and hair moisturized. It provides an excellent solution for sulfate-free product applications. It is a mild, gentle surfactant with excellent foaming properties. It forms excellent cream and paste type surfactant systems. It is a COSMOS certified natural ingredient.
