D.E.R. 6116 is a low molecular weight, solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. It was developed for use in powder coatings where it provides excellent flow in standard as well as in low temperature cure systems. D.E.R. 6116 offers, as standard, a lower epoxide equivalent weight and viscosity than D.E.R. 662E. It is suggested for use in applications in which D.E.R. 662E Resin does not provide adequate flow.
