Desmodur® D

Desmodur® DA-L: Solvent-free liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in aqueous polymer dispersions. It can be used as a crosslinking agent for largely pH-neutral aqueous polymer dispersions, such as polyurethane, polyvinylacetate, polyacrylate and synthetic rubber dispersions. Its high functionality produces improved water resistance. Desmodur® DA-L reacts under ambient conditions and improves the resistance of adhesive bonds to moisture, heat, plasticizers and many solvents.

Desmodur® DN: Solvent-free liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in aqueous polymer dispersions. It has lower viscosity for improved dispersibility. It can be used as a crosslinking agent for largely pH-neutral aqueous polymer dispersions, such as polyurethane, polyvinylacetate, polyacrylate and synthetic rubber dispersions. Desmodur® DN is not prone to turbidity at low storage temperatures. Crosslinking increases resistance of bonds to heat, water, plasticizers and many solvents .
