Disflamoll is a family of halogen free plasticizers with good flame retarding characteristics in many polymers. Available grades include Disflamoll DPK, Disflamoll DPO, Disflamoll TKP, Disflamoll TKP-P, Disflamoll TOF, Disflamoll TP, Disflamoll 51036 and Disflamoll 51092.

Disflamoll DPK is a highly effective flame retardant phosphate ester for PVC and other polymers. It is a highly effective flame retardant for flexible PVC, thermosets like phenolic, polyester and epoxy resins, PC/ABS, HIPS/PPE blends, TPU compounds, PUR- foams (rigid and flexible) and rubbers. Disflamoll DPK offers a good plasticizing efficiency. Its flame retarding efficiency permits blending with standard plasticizers and so allowing wide flexibility for formulators.

Disflamoll DPO is a low viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with good gelling behavior in flexible PVC. It acts as a flame retardant in TPU, NBR and cellulose acetate. In PVC it is highly efficient as plasticizer, providing fast fusing, low viscosity plastisols, and low temperature properties. It acts also as flame retardant generating lower smoke density in comparison to aryl phosphates. Disflamoll DPO is a good flame retardant plasticizer for thermoplastic polyurethane, synthetic rubbers like NBR and cellulose esters like CA, CAB and CN. It can be recommended in certain food contact applications.

Disflamoll TKP is a phosphate ester plasticizer with fast gelling behaviour for flexible PVC and good flame retarding characteristics in many polymers. It is a phosphate ester plasticizer with following benefits in PVC: fast fusion, low volatility, good resistance to oil extraction and good flame retarding characteristics. Disflamoll TKP is used as a flame retardant in the production of articles made of flexible PVC, such as transparent sheets, cables, floor and wall coverings. The product is also used in rubber compounds to improve flame retardancy, coldness flexibility and processing. It is also used as base oil for fire resistant hydraulic fluids and as anti-wear additive in lubricants.

Disflamoll TKP-P is a phosphate ester plasticizer with fast gelling behavior for flexible PVC and good flame retarding characteristics in many polymers. It affords the following benefits in PVC: fast fusion, low volatility, good resistance to oil extraction and good flame retarding characteristics. Disflamoll TKP-P is used as a flame retardant in the production of articles made of flexible PVC, such as transparent sheets, cables, floor and wall coverings. The product is also used in rubber compounds to improve flame retardancy, coldness flexibility and processing. Disflamoll TKP-P is also used as base oil for fire resistant hydraulic fluids and as anti-wear additive in lubricants.

Disflamoll TOF is a phosphate ester plasticizer which imparts outstanding low-temperature flexibility and good resistance to weathering. It is a strong, moderately polar solvent. It is a phosphate plasticizer offering excellent low temperatures properties as well as good resistance to weathering. It is suitable for use in many types of polymers including flexible PVC, PUR, NBR, SBR and EPDM. It is a strong, moderately polar solvent. Disflamoll TOF is also used as a solvent in the production of hydrogen peroxide, as a carrier for pigments in the manufacture of pigment pastes for plastics and as an additive for mineral oils.

Disflamoll TP liquid is an effective flame retardant phosphate ester that imparts good flame retardance to a large number of polymers. It is used as flame retardant and processing aid in cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate and vinyl copolymer compounds which are used in molding applications. Other important applications are coatings based on nitrocellulose, phenolic resins, ABS/PC and PPE/HIPS compounds.

Disflamoll 51036 is a low viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with fast gelling in flexible PVC and good flexibility at low temperatures. It is a low viscosity phosphate ester plasticizer with following benefits in PVC: very good plasticizing efficiency, fast gelling and good flexibility at low temperatures. It also acts as a flame retardant. Recommended for use in PVC applications, especially for artificial leather, whenever flame retardancy is required in combination with good low temperature performance.

Disflamoll 51092 is a phosphate ester with good plasticizing efficiency and flame retardant characteristics in many polymers. It is used as a plasticizing flame retardant in flexible PVC, polyurethanes and elastomers.
