Flo-Malt - Description
FLO-MALT® DRY MALT is made from non-diastatic natural malt flavor syrup which is converted to a free-flowing powder through a special drying process. It is used widely as a distinctive flavoring and convenient replacement for liquid malt in a variety of baked goods and cereals.
