Fungitrol

Fungitrol 11: Powdered, non-metallic organic fungicide which is highly effective against a variety of microorganisms including “pink staining” microorganisms. Fungitrol 11 is designed for use in both interior and exterior non-aqueous coatings, paints, caulking compounds, vinyl, and plastics. It has broad plastic compatibility, excellent leach and weathering resistance, and does not affect color or other paint and caulking properties.

Fungitrol 11-50S: Free-flowing liquid dispersion which consists of 50% Fungitrol 11 fungicide dispersed in an inert vehicle system composed of a broad spectrum dispersant and mineral spirits. It was developed to provide a product with equivalent fungicidal activity to powdered Fungitrol 11 fungicide (two pounds of Fungitrol 11-50S fungicide for each pound of Fungitrol 11 fungicide) that is easier to process in paints and coatings (dusting and dispersion problems are eliminated). Fungitrol 11-50S fungicide exhibits excellent shelf stability and is readily incorporated into paints by simple mixing procedures. Like Fungitrol 11 fungicide, Fungitrol 11-50S fungicide dispersion is for use as a fungicide in non-aqueous paints, coatings and caulking compounds.

Fungitrol 400S: Broad spectrum fungicide based on IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butyl Carbonate) which offers highly effective, broad-spectrum protection against degradation, discoloration and defacement caused by mold, mildew, and algae. It is compatible with both aqueous & solvent based systems and is easily incorporated.

Fungitrol 404-DS: Broad spectrum fungicide based on Chlorothalonil which is a dispersion form of Fungitrol 960S (40% active) for easier handling. Fungitrol 404-DS has excellent color, pH and heat stability.

Fungitrol 440S: 40% IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butyl Carbonate) in organic solvents which offers highly effective, broad-spectrum protection against degradation, discoloration and defacement caused by mold, mildew, and algae. It is compatible with both aqueous & solvent based systems and is easily incorporated. Fungitrol 440S exhibits good stability with ionic surfactants & emulsifiers.

Fungitrol 720: Non-aqueous dispersion of 20% IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butyl Carbonate) which offers highly effective, broad-spectrum protection against degradation, discoloration and defacement caused by mold, mildew, and algae. Fungitrol 720 is color stable, VOC-free, odor-free, and freeze-thaw stable. It is compatible with both aqueous & solvent based systems and exhibits good stability with ionic surfactants & emulsifiers.

Fungitrol 940: Water-based dispersion of 40% IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butyl Carbonate) which offers highly effective, broad-spectrum protection against degradation, discoloration and defacement caused by mold, mildew, and algae. Fungitrol 940 is easily incorporated into water-based or solvent-based formulations and it can be added efficiently at the appropriate formulation stage (i.e., prior to letdown). It is VOC-free, odor-free, has enhanced color & heat stability and exhibits good stability with ionic surfactants & emulsifiers.

Fungitrol 960S: Broad spectrum fungicide based on Chlorothalonil which is in the form of a micro-milled powder that is best dispersed during the pigment grinding operation. Fungitrol 960S has excellent color, pH and heat stability. It also has hydrolytic stability and a very slow rate of leaching due to extremely low water solubility.
