Hyperlite® - Description

Hyperlite® products are a family of polyether and polymer polyols used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. Hyperlite® polyols are especially suited for rapid-demold, high-resiliency (HR) foam used in automotive seat cushions and seat backs. Different grades of Hyperlite® polyol can be blended to produce the complete spectrum of firmness required by automotive manufacturers.

More information about Hyperlite®

Hyperlite® E-824 is a 5,000-molecular-weight polyoxyalkylene polyol, which is used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. This polyol is an ethylene oxide adduct of a polyoxypropylene triol. Because it contains a high percentage of primary hydroxyl groups, it has a relatively high rate of reactivity. It is compatible with most polyether polyols and can be blended with other diols, triols, and polymer polyols to achieve desirable modifications of product properties. Hyperlite® E-824 polyol is especially suited for low-density rapid-demold high-resiliency (HR) foam. It is typically used in molded urethane seating applications.

Hyperlite® E-850 is a polymer polyol, which is used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. It is especially suited for rapid-demold high-resiliency (HR) foam, and is typically used in molded urethane foam for automotive seat cushions and backs, as well as interior trim components. The Hyperlite® E-850 polymer polyol, when blended with Hyperlite polyether polyols, produces foams with inherent stability during molding, excellent breathability characteristics, and a high level of strength, durability, and load-bearing properties.

Hyperlite® E-852 is a polymer polyol, which is used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. It is especially suited for rapid-demold high-resiliency (HR) foam, and is typically used in molded urethane foam for automotive seat cushions and backs. The Hyperlite® E-852 polymer polyol, when blended with Hyperlite polyether polyols, produces foams with inherent stability during molding, excellent breathability characteristics, and a high level of strength, durability, and load-bearing properties.

Hyperlite® E-855 is a polymer polyol, which is used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. It is especially suited for rapid-demold high-resiliency (HR) foam, and is typically used in molded urethane foam for automotive seat cushions and backs, as well as interior trim components. The Hyperlite® E-855 polymer polyol, when blended with Hyperlite polyether polyols, produces foams with inherent stability during molding, excellent breathability characteristics, and a high level of strength, durability, andl load-bearing properties.

Hyperlite® E-863 is a polyoxyalkylene polyol, which is used in a broad range of urethane foam and other applications. It is especially suited for rapid-demold high-resiliency (HR) foam, and is typically used in molded urethane foam for automotive seat cushions and backs. Hyperlite® E-863 is especially effective when used with Hyperlite® E-852 polymer polyol for the highest levels of comfort and durability.
