Impranil® D - Description
Impranil® polyurethane dispersions are high performance water borne systems, without co-solvents. These products can be used for low VOC synthetic materials for range of textile applications. These products are suitable for a range of application methods and processes such as direct coating, transfer coating, dipping, printing and spraying.

Impranil® DAH is an anionic, aromatic polyether-polyurethane dispersion. It is used as a flexible tie coat applied by the transfer coating process in the manufacture of materials for outerwear, bags/luggage, shoes and athletic shoes.
Impranil® DL 1554 is an anionic, aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion with a high degree of light fastness and flexibility. It is suitable for the formulation of textile coatings for use in fashion shoe uppers, bags/luggage, and outerwear applications.
Impranil® DL 2611 is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion which offers very good resistance to hydrolysis, high scratch resistance and light fastness, very good adhesion on certain types of PVC plastisols, and a dry surface with good sliding properties. It is suitable for the formulation of textile coatings for use in outerwear, bags/luggage, fashion shoe uppers, and technical articles.
Impranil® DLH is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion which offers very good flexibility, a high degree of light fastness, very good adhesion, and is suitable for mechanical foaming. It can be used for the formulation of textile coatings and also for coating and finishing various technical articles. Typical applications include outer wear, bags / luggage, fashion shoe leather uppers, belts and conveyor belts, hoses, glass fabrics, and fabrics made from synthetic fibers.
Impranil® DLS is an anionic, aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion with a high degree of light fastness and flexibility, and is suitable for mechanical foaming. It can be used for the formulation of textile coatings for outer wear, bags / luggage, and fashion shoe uppers.
Impranil® DLU is an aliphatic polycarbonate ester-polyether polyurethane dispersion. It has a higher solids content and is crosslinkable. Impranil DLU provides outstanding resistance to hydrolysis, very good adhesion on certain types of PVC, high scratch resistance, good light fastness, high resistance to cracking, and is suitable for mechanical foaming. It is suitable for the formulation of textile coatings for outer wear, bags / luggage, work clothing, and technical articles.
