KELTROL T 630 is a clarified food-grade xanthan gum that has improved stability in low pH systems, shows enhanced interaction with galactomannans, and hydrates faster in salt solutions than standard xanthan gum.

- Exhibits little solution viscosity change over a wide temperature range

- Has improved stability in acidic conditions compared to standard xanthan
- Exhibits a greater synergistic increase in viscosity when used with guar and locust bean gum than is achieved with standard xanthan gum
- Hydrates faster in the presence of salts and acid relative to standard xanthan
- Can be used in applications where high clarity is desired
- Provides excellent suspension for insoluble solids and oil droplets
- Provides freeze-thaw stability
- Exhibits low viscosity while processing (e.g., pumping)
- Can improve shelf life stability of low pH products
