Rice Flour - Description
ADM's Rice Flour is processed from Non-GMO or Organic food quality brown rice. It is processed by milling rice kernels into desired particle size. No chemicals are used at any stage in the manufacturing process.
Pregelled Rice Flour is a functional ingredient for food product formulation where thickening and binding are desired. Since the starches are fully cooked out, the product is essentially instantized. The product has good freeze thaw stability in moist food systems and works well in extruded products.
