SOLUBLE BASE GT-1910S

SOLUBLE BASE GT-1910S is an oil soluble emulsifier base for use in vacuum-distilled, solvent-refined and hydrotreated naphthenic base stocks. It is formulated for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and has a high degree of lubricity with exceptional wetting and cooling capabilities. SOLUBLE BASE GT-1910S is capable of dispersing high levels of traditional extreme pressure additives. SOLUBLE BASE GT-1910S can be used to make conventional and high performance soluble oils. Various extreme pressure additives can be incorporated in the final formulation as necessary. SYN-ESTER GY series complex polymeric esters can be added to enhance lubricity without using traditional EP additives such as chlorine, sulfur or phosphorous. Final formulations may require adjustments with fatty acids, triethanolamine or other coupling agents to obtain the desired emulsion stability.
