TiONA® 813 is a heavily treated, chloride-process, rutile titanium dioxide pigment, specifically designed to give high opacity and tint strength while maintaining good film integrity in high PVC flat emulsion paints. TiONA® 813 provides easy incorporation and excellent stability in finished paints.
