Yellowstone - Description
Yellowstone is high purity, microcrystalline, talc. Due to its low alkali content, Yellowstone is a superior talc product for steatite insulators meeting L4 - L6 specifications.
Yellowstone also is used as a flux for high-alumina ceramics and sanitary ware, and the low calcium content makes it an excellent substrate for cordierite catalyst supports.
