DESMOCAP 12 A
DESMOCAP 12 A is a linear polyurethane prepolymer with crosslinking blocked isocyanate groups that yields softer and more flexible systems than DESMOCAP 11 A. As a raw material for the flexibilisation of epoxy resins and in the formulation of flexible coatings and sealants, DESMOCAP 12 A provides benefits to industrial applications. It can be used to formulate curable, liquid, solvent-free polyurethane systems and takes over the function of the reactive flexibiliser when combined with epoxy resins. DESMOCAP 12 A provides enhanced flexibility, elongation and tensile strength properties over unmodified epoxy resins, making it suitable for industrial solutions requiring impact resistance and durability.
