DYNASYLAN SILFIN 25

DYNASLYAN SILFIN 25 is a silane system used for the silane- crosslinking of polyethylene and ethylene copolymers in a two-step process. DYNASYLAN SILFIN 25 improves the processing properties of polymers used in advanced materials. The melt viscosity is reduced allowing higher output rates. Compounds made with DYNASYLAN SILFIN 25 are mainly used for power cables and water pipes in advanced materials industry. The dramatic increase of heat and stress cracking resistance are the main reasons for the need to crosslink the polymers used in advanced materials. But crosslinking will also improve the following properties like tear and crack resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength and tensile strength which are highly desirable in advanced materials.
