ORAFTI L90

ORAFTI L90 is a food ingredient consisting mainly of oligofructose produced by partial enzymatic hydrolysis from chicory inulin. ORAFTI L90 contains oligosaccharides composed of fructose units linked together by β-(2,1)-linkages, with part of the fructose chains terminated by a glucose unit. The number of fructose and glucose units in ORAFTI L90 ranges mainly between 2 and 8. ORAFTI L90 is suitable for use in the food industry as it provides prebiotic benefits. As a prebiotic, ORAFTI L90 supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria which can improve digestive health. It also helps support the immune system.
