Polyflon PTFE Anti-Drip Additives

Polytetrafluoroethylene Anti-Drip Additives

Daikin's range of high-performance lubricants additives, anti-dripping modifiers, and processing aids allow for the processors and end-users to benefit from the properties of fluoropolymer in compounded materials. Blended in conventional polymers, they improve the final plastic or elastomer performances, facilitate their processing and increase processors yield.

Key Features

Daikin PTFE MPA FA-500: A white powder made from polytetrafluoroethylene resin manufactured without the use of PFOA. FA-500 has been specifically designed for use as an anti-drip additive for plastic resins. FA-500 exhibits a medium degree of fibrillation during pre-blending operations and has good flow properties compared to other anti-drip additives.

Daikin PTFE MPA FA-600: A white powder made from polytetrafluoroethylene resin manufactured without the use of PFOA. FA-600 has been specifically designed for use as an anti-drip additive for plastic resins. FA-600 exhibits a medium degree of fibrillation during pre-blending operations and has good flow properties compared to other anti-drip additives.

Polyflon MPA FA-5601: Developed as anti-drip agent without PFOA. It has excellent drip performance by adding a small amount of FA-5601 to various resin when it burning. It has excellent handling without cooling.
