PRIMACOR IO 3701

It's density of 0.940 g/cm3 and vicat softening point of 173°F make it well-suited for high performance extrusion processes. PRIMACORTM IO 3701 allows for line speeds up to 25 ft/sec and coating thicknesses under 0.29 mil, making it an efficient material for continuous, high-output application lines. These properties allow PRIMACORTM IO 3701 to deliver durable, weather-resistant coatings with a minimum coating weight of just 4.0 lb/ream. Its thermal stability up to 550°F also ensures consistent performance even under demanding processing conditions.
