KELTROL T PLUS

KELTROL T PLUS is a clarified food-grade xanthan gum suitable for use in applications requiring high clarity. It provides clear solutions and imparts high viscosity at low concentrations. KELTROL T PLUS significantly improves low shear rate viscosity and provides enhanced stabilization of suspensions and emulsions. It exhibits consistent and rapid hydration in aqueous solutions and has a pseudoplastic rheology profile. KELTROL T PLUS is compatible with and stable in solutions containing high salt concentrations and soluble and stable in both acid and alkaline conditions. It exhibits synergistic increase in viscosity when used with other gums. KELTROL T PLUS can be used in applications where high clarity is desired and provides excellent suspension for insoluble solids and oil droplets. It provides freeze-thaw stability and exhibits low viscosity while processing. KELTROL T PLUS fully recovers viscosity after shearing.
