SURFYNOL DF-75

SURFYNOL DF-75 is an organic-based mineral oil-free additive designed to provide knockdown and sustained defoaming in a wide variety of water-based formulations. It is particularly useful for foam control in systems that are based upon acrylic resins. SURFYNOL DF-75 offers rapid de-airentrainment and retains defoaming effectiveness for a long time. It can be incorporated as received or predispersed. If predispersed in water, proper agitation is necessary prior to use. SURFYNOL DF-75 avoids most overdose problems and formulated systems can avoid surface defects that can be caused by some competitive defoamers. SURFYNOL DF-75 is stable and effective at room and elevated temperatures, offering benefits in industries involving water-based coatings, inks, overprint varnishes, adhesives and more.
