Polyflon PTFE Micropowders - Description

Daikin Polyflon PTFE micro-powders can be added to polycarbonate and polyamide, as well as other plastics, to improve wear and to reduce the coefficient of friction. PTFE micro-powders can also be blended with fluorocarbon or silicone oils to form very high performance lubricants and greases. PTFE based greases have extremely low friction, a wide operating temperature range, and a much longer usage life than conventional greases.

More information about Polyflon PTFE Micropowders

Polyflon PTFE LDW-410: A low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous dispersion manufactured without the use of PFOA. LDW-410 has been designed for use as an additive in aqueous paints to increase water repellency, as a lubricant on metal surfaces and as a performance additive in release agents to increase lubricity. LDW-410 contains a more environmentally-friendly surfactant that leaves fewer residues in the finished product than traditional surfactants.

Polyflon PTFE Low Polymer L-5: A low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene. This white powder can be used as an additive in other materials to improve wear resistance, non- stick properties and to reduce coefficient of friction. L-5 is superior in handling and dispersing in other materials.

Polyflon PTFE Low Polymer L-5F: is a low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene. This white powder can be used as an additive in other materials to improve wear resistance, non- stick properties and to reduce coefficient of friction. L-5F is superior in handling and dispersing in other materials, including plastics such as POM.
