MICROPEL A285

MICROPEL A285 is a broad-spectrum fungicide concentrate developed to provide enhanced thermal stability in applications requiring calendaring, extrusion, or high temperature processing. MICROPEL A285 offers excellent fungal protection and is effective against a wide variety of fungal organisms. It provides broad-spectrum protection against wood destroying fungi, surface molds, and blue stain when formulated in composite systems. MICROPEL A285 can be used as an additive to prevent the growth of fungal organisms in finished articles. Suggested levels are between 2.00-3.75% based on the total formula weight. MICROPEL A285 should be added to the liquid portion of the formulation or added with the fine solids with vigorous mixing to assure the uniform distribution of the biocide in the entire formulation.
