BAYBOND PU 401 A

BAYBOND PU 401 A is an anionic/non-ionic polyester urethane polymer used as the film-forming component in glass fiber sizes. It provides outstanding film-forming properties and very good adhesion for glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics, particularly polyamide. BAYBOND PU 401 A glass fiber sizes are characterized by their high colorfastness, even at elevated temperatures and stability against shear forces. This makes BAYBOND PU 401 A an excellent choice for sizing glass fibers used in Advanced Materials requiring high durability. As a versatile product, BAYBOND PU 401 A can be thinned in any ratio with deionized water and is compatible with various additives commonly used in glass fiber sizing formulations.
