MONDUR 448

Mondur 448 is a modified polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate used for semi-rigid foams, elastomers, coatings and adhesives. Mondur 448 is a dark brown liquid with a viscosity of 90-190 mPas and NCO content of 27.1-28.1% wt. It provides durability, flexibility and adhesion in applications. Mondur 448 reacts with water to form ureas and CO2, so it must be stored properly. Its high reactivity allows fast curing for quick drying and handling. Mondur 448 can be used to formulate one and two-component coatings, sealants and adhesives for bonding various substrates together.
