PROTECTOSIL 60 SK

PROTECTOSIL 60 SK is a high performance water repellent with excellent water beading effect. It is a free-flowing yellowish clear liquid based on silane/siloxane chemistry. PROTECTOSIL 60 SK provides up to 90% reduction in water uptake when applied on mineral substrates such as concrete, sandstone, clinker masonry etc. It penetrates deep into the pores and capillaries to react with the interfaces, forming durable water repellent bonds within. This protects the substrates from water damage like efflorescence and chloride attacks, extending their service life. Being water vapor permeable, it allows the structures to breathe naturally while keeping water out. Suitable for application on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces, PROTECTOSIL 60 SK offers protection from within on a wide range of mineral construction materials.
